These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taillogs mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Taillogs is a pet health management application that allows you to:

• Create and manage pet profiles
• Track vaccinations and receive reminders
• Manage medication schedules
• Schedule and track veterinary appointments
• Monitor pet health metrics
• Export health reports (Pro feature)

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of information you enter into the App
• Keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized access
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Backing up your data if desired (the App stores data locally on your device)

4. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Taillogs is designed to help you organize and track your pet's health information. It is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian for any health concerns regarding your pet.
• Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by or tracked in the App.
• Vaccination schedules and medication information in the App are for informational purposes only and should be confirmed with your veterinarian.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Taillogs offers optional Pro subscriptions:

• Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Taillogs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or have access to your pet data
• Deleting the App will permanently delete all data within it

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes for your pets
• We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
• Change features available in free or Pro versions
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
